Admission in Three Steps
There is no wait list, and the initial assessment costs nothing. Reach out to admissions or verify coverage first, in whichever order works for you.
Reach out by phone or through our online form. A brief, private phone conversation with our admissions team usually takes 10–15 minutes.
We contact your insurance company, verify your benefits, and inform you of your costs upfront.
When you’re ready to begin and a start date has been agreed upon, we coordinate your transportation to our Miramar location. Those who need medical detox first will start there, then transition into dual-diagnosis care without changing facilities.
What You Get in Our Dual Diagnosis Program
An initial psychiatric evaluation upon intake, followed by in-house medication management.
Individual therapy with a clinician each week who will follow your case through discharge.
Daily group therapy tailored to your diagnoses, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
Trauma-focused therapy is available for those who may need it, led by clinicians trained in EMDR treatment.
A family program for education and to improve communication. Often, the stressors that cause relapse come from home.
An aftercare plan with provider names and appointment dates, and a relapse prevention plan developed before you leave.
Conditions We Admit Alongside Substance Use
Our dual diagnosis rehab admits those whose substance use overlaps with a mental health condition, whether it has already been diagnosed or is only suspected. This includes anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other trauma responses, and personality disorders in clients who are stable enough for residential care.
No formal diagnosis yet? Call anyway. A prior diagnosis isn’t required, since our psychiatric team completes its own evaluation at intake.
Choose Your Level of Care
Dual diagnosis addiction treatment is delivered across several levels of care, and our admissions team will recommend the right one during your first call.
Medical detox to safely withdraw and stop substance use before your treatment program begins.
Residential treatment to provide distance from the environment tied to their substance use.
Extended residential for those with a longer history of use who need more time than a standard stay.
Partial hospitalization as a step down from residential care or for those stable enough to live off-site.

Recovery Testimonies
I have been to several in patient programs and this one is by far the best. The food is amazing, they have great snack and ice cream machine available 24/7. The nursing staff works with you to ensure comfort while being here. The best part is you get to keep your cell phone on you 24/7. 1st place I’ve been to that allows phones even during detox. Very friendly staff and the owner even comes to groups and listens to feed back on how to make the program better.

I really love this place. It’s on the newer side but it is really patient-centered. I’ve been here twice. The staff from top to bottom is kind and understanding. I was able to connect with the small community and process things with excellent therapists.
