Our Medical Detox and Inpatient Rehab in Miramar
For most people, treatment starts with detox. Our clinical team stays on top of your withdrawal symptoms and treats them as they come up, so you’re not trying to get through it on your own. Once you’re medically stable, you move into inpatient rehab. Your days fill up with therapy and support, and there’s nothing else you have to manage while you’re here.
We built the space to feel less like a hospital and more like somewhere you can actually rest:
- Fitness center
- Media room
- Game room
- Executive services
- Private accommodations
- Chef-prepared meals
Directions and What to Expect on Arrival
We’re on Red Road (SW 57th Avenue), close to where Miramar meets Pembroke Pines. Coming from I-75, take the Miramar Parkway exit heading east and follow the signs to Red Road. Coming from Florida’s Turnpike, exit at Red Road and head south. Parking is free for clients and for family who come to visit

Recovery Testimonies
Our Google Reviews highlight the experiences of alumni and their families who received addiction support at Florida Helps. Their feedback reflects the compassionate care, personal attention, and commitment to recovery that our team provides.
I have been to several in patient programs and this one is by far the best. The food is amazing, they have great snack and ice cream machine available 24/7. The nursing staff works with you to ensure comfort while being here. The best part is you get to keep your cell phone on you 24/7. 1st place I’ve been to that allows phones even during detox. Very friendly staff and the owner even comes to groups and listens to feed back on how to make the program better.

I really love this place. It’s on the newer side but it is really patient-centered. I’ve been here twice. The staff from top to bottom is kind and understanding. I was able to connect with the small community and process things with excellent therapists.

Roughly 20 minutes east. A lot of Hollywood residents come here for private inpatient care.
Hialeah, FL

Tampa Bay & Central Florida
Some clients drive three or four hours to get away from the people and places tied to their using.
Addiction Treatment Near Pembroke Pines
Pembroke Pines sits just north of us, often less than a 15-minute drive. That makes it simple for family to sit in on therapy sessions, and it means support doesn’t drop off once you finish detox and move through residential care.
Addiction Treatment Near Hollywood
From Hollywood, take Pembroke Road or Hollywood Boulevard and you’ll be here in about 20 minutes. Being one town over gives you real distance from your usual routine while keeping your family close enough to stay involved.
Addiction Treatment Near Hialeah
Hialeah is about 25 minutes south of us by way of I-75 or the Palmetto Expressway. If a large hospital setting isn’t what you’re looking for, we offer something quieter, with detox and residential treatment on the same campus.
Addiction Treatment Near Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale is a 20- to 25-minute drive on I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike. Plenty of our Fort Lauderdale clients like starting out in Miramar. It’s close enough for weekly family visits, but far enough to step away from the things that trigger them at home.
