Kurt keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly so clients get a consistent, high-quality treatment experience from the moment they arrive. A Tampa native, Kurt found his own way into the recovery community by seeking sobriety himself, and 12 years later he’s still deeply rooted in that world: now on the other side of it, helping others find their footing.
He’s held a range of operations roles across USA Helps and its sister facilities, always with the same focus: direct, hands-on care for anyone walking through the door looking for help. That commitment shows up in how the team operates day to day, and it’s central to the culture here.
