Nick leads every program at Florida Helps and holds the team to a standard of safe, structured, effective addiction treatment. Raised in Miami, Nick grew up in a family deeply affected by addiction and mental health struggles, and watched many of the people he loved find lasting recovery through one common factor: long-term treatment.
That realization set him on a path into the helping profession, and over the years he’s worked nearly every role in the field, from Admissions Coordinator and Primary Therapist to Program Director, Clinical Director, and Executive Director. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Massachusetts, Nick brings that full-circle experience to Florida Helps with one goal: making sure every client who walks through the door gets the same quality of care his own family once needed.
